In addition to meeting general admission requirements, applicants must meet the following program-specific requirements:
Prospective students are eligible to enroll the healthcare administration certificate program if one of the following applies:
- Students currently enrolled in one of PA College’s bachelor’s degree programs can work with their academic advisor to outline the most efficient way to schedule courses to earn this certificate at the same time as their bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants who have earned their associate or bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution may apply. Each applicant will be considered to determine if they have the prerequisite knowledge to be successful.
- Applicants who have at least 2,080 hours (one year of full-time work) of healthcare administration can also apply. Applicants will be considered to determine if they have the prerequisite knowledge to be successful.
- English composition and college-level math, or the equivalents, are required prerequisites.
